Perhaps you’ve attended one of my classes and are wondering what to do next? Maybe you have training struggle that my other courses don’t cover.

In these classes we build on the skills your dog already knows, we learn how to phase the treats out, make our duration longer, build some of the basic skills needed for dog sports or just geek out on the learning. This is a rolling course, with only 6 dogs in each class. You can buy a class at a time or blocks of classes to take at your leisure.

There is no strict curriculum, this is a club for those of you who enjoyed coming to classes and either want to do more training or you want to make the behaviours you learnt in class stronger. The beauty of this club is it will give us the time to build the behaviour by working through the training steps until the dog is performing the behaviour perfectly.

In the first week, I will introduce clickers and the wonderful benefits of training with this clear marker, a clicker comes free with your initial sign up.

I will teach you how to get the duration in your behaviours, remove the treats, and put commands to verbal cues, along with training fun and cute tricks.

As we know from classes the more training we do the more attentive our dogs are, making the bond stronger building a better behaved dog.

We will investigate dog sports, build show off tricks, get stick to your side loose lead walking, emergency stop, spin on a penny recalls, distance control, reliable stays and will work towards gaining the IMDT partnership grades, 1, 2, and 3.

Club Wobbly classes really give us the chance to explore different training concepts, including Absolute Dogs training through games. Why use clickers to train? What are the different ways to use positive reward training? How to make it work when your dog isn’t paying attention.

The club gives you the opportunity to learn and grow with the rest of your group and decide together what you’d like to train next. As part of the club you will be invited to join our club WhatsApp group where you can post videos of your training at home and get help and advice from the rest of the group and of course from myself. I will email the homework to you.

“Julia looked after me and my dog Bear, as we went through six sessions of reactive training. Julia was very supportive and patient with us as we went through our training plan. She was there every step of the way when we got confused. Bear is now a different dog a lot calmer and so am I. From my experience, I totally recommend Wobbly Dog Training Service.”
